I love paypal you need it for eBay and if you pay you bills online its great to us Pay Pal for those. You control what goes in the account and they notify you and close your account if they see something wrong. Very safe account.

not only do i trust PAY PAL with my fusion cash I also use it to buy things online. so it is very safe, about as safe as a bank

It is safe, just don't share your information with anyone, as in any other bank account.
