i hate them i get them all the time and i wish they would go away as quick as they sneek up on me gonna go lie down turn all the lights and tv off hopefully it works but i doubt it

My husband get them really bad he takes midol and pamprin .  the pms pills really seem to knock the head ache out most of the time the rest of the time it atleast makes it tolerable.  He also lays in a hot bathtub with a wet washcloth over his eyes in the dark.  Hope some of this helps

I get Migraines and so does my son.  It is something that is bad when they happen.  We have tried meds and we have tried doing natural things to stop them.  But I think that the best thing is trying  to find your triggers and avoid them.  this doesn't happen all the time but it is the way I like to keep them to a minimum.  Because rebound migraines are even worse then the ones that you get to start with.  I have tried many meds and know that some of them work but then something changes and they don't so you have to continue to try other meds.  I am not a big fan of meds.   I have been having these for over 30 years.  My son has had them for the last 15 years.  They started when he was a baby.

I rarely get migraines but when i get them i go straight to sleep.
