WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET REFERRALS?

i HAVE A HARD TIME REFERRING PEOPLE FOR THINGS AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET HIGH VALUES OF REFFERALS? IM ON A FEW PTC SITES BUT DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND HOW TO ADVERTISE...DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW? ???

You could hang up flyers all over town, where you live. Get business cards and pass them out with your referral link.. Word of mouth always works good too. Too many people on the internet, go out and about to get them, alot of people don`t know about surveys.
