Okay, I am feeling the need to VENT -

I truly dislike LITTER- why in the world can't you take the time to put trash in a proper receptacle?

It makes me sick to see people drop their trash, especially when there is a trash can 10ft away.
I have been known to immediately pick it up and take it to the can just so they could see.

Smokers are the worst - when you flick a cigarette butt out the window of your car -
that is LITTER.  It takes 2-4 years for a cig butt to disintegrate.  Disgusting.

What are you teaching your children?  No kids, then you just don't care about our world?

BE POLITE - dispose of your trash properly.

When people do this it is generally a habit they have picked up by someone somewhere, and it needs to be changed, a fine might help them to get it in their head that the streets are not for trash. I can imagine what their houses look like.
