On the bottom right of the page there is a dark green menu bar (like the one at the top that says Home, Search, Profile, etc.) Just click on the reply button.

I had a hard time finding it too...  ;)

   I wonder that too. I have tried to post too...no look so far. Does anyone know where to click? How to do it?
