So you do not get 3 dollars a month just for 30 replies, how do you get 3 dollars a month exactly, step by step please

You just need to make 30 posts a month.  They can be replies to someone's topic or a topic you start doesn't matter.

30 posts a month, but they have to "contribute" to the discussion.

"A contributory post is one that offers some insight, makes people laugh, carries a conversation, provides information or help, or something along those lines.  It's not spam, or an attempt to make money for oneself, and it's not short or missing content.  Basically, if you post just to meet the 30 post requirement, you wont qualify."

you cant do 60 for 6 dollars though, it caps at 30 for 3 dollars

Ok I am still a little confused one person said i just have to do 30 posts a month but then someone said I need to contribute make someone laugh or something ? And if I just post 30 to get the requirement I will not qualify. I have done over 30 for my first time yesterday so when will i see that I have been credited ?

It's not that hard to understand and no you don't have to be a comedian and entertain everyone.  As long as you don't make a topic or reply with just one word you will be ok.  Some people think they can post "hi", "what's up?, "I like cheese." and think that will cut it.  You don't have to write a book for each post either.  Here are the guidelines.  http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=3464.0.

This post I just made will contribute to my pay because it meets the guidelines.  I's not too short, it's not spam.  I carried a conversation and provided information and help.

Yes, 30 good posts meaning you can't just write "lol" or something and it count as a good post. Or even just putting a face  doesn't count either. Actually read the topic someone posts and post a well thought reply. Then once you get your 30 posts for the month, there is a link to get your $3 at the top of the account page
