weird dreams

ok so i have been having these weird dreams about situations involving my ex mostly. seen him and his wife get into a big arguement and her walking out. i waited a couple weeks to mention ne thing to him about it, but when i did, he said i just confirmed what he thought was going to happen. how do u explain that? how do u know ur friend or ex is having problems without even saying it or even talking to u much about ne thing at all? i know there is reasons behind it but i didnt know he was actually having problems until i mentioned that dreams and everything came out. i really didnt want to tell him because it was negitive and i didnt like it but i guess i had to tell him..coz it was eating at me.
