I just think someone needs to make this right, and it look at thigns as a case by case basis, not be so quick to judge, and punish.,.I am fighting so hard for her b/c I am the reason this happpend basically. Not b/c of something she did...and I don't think it's fair. She's appealed, and been back and forth and still she is told she is the bad guy in this...

Maybe your "friend" should be the one making a big deal about it...

I'm sorry if you felt the response was 'snarky', but anyone who signs up has positively indicated that they read and agree to the Terms of Service.  If you didn't read the Terms, then you should expect that your conduct may violate them.  I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused, but there's a reason FusionCash is for earning some extra money and not for your regular source of income.

It's also worth considering that an electronic contract (such as the one you enter into with FusionCash, Inc. when you register) is considered the same a signed, paper contract by the law in both the US and EU.  It behooves you to read it in its entirety (it's not actually that long, and it's in plain english) since you're signing it!  Would you sign a car loan contract without reading it?  I admit it's not quite the same situation, but the principle is similar.

My account was restricted the other day because I triggered the system's security mechanism. I previously created an account but never completed any offers and closed it because I wanted a new username. Trying to verify my second account with the same information, I was automatically disallowed from doing so.

Guess what happened? I submitted a support ticket explaining the situation and 2 days later I received a message from the staff saying that the problem had been resolved. So to say that FC is "unfair", "unjust", and "inhumane", is simply not so because they do take individual circumstances into account and will help if at all possible.

Your case is different because there is no way of telling that the same person did not create multiple accounts to try and take advantage of the system. The administrator has been very nice in acknowledging and addressing your concerns here in the forum, in my opinion. I suggest you make it a habit of reading the terms of service. Your voluntary ignorance never is an excuse and doesn't exempt you from the inevitable consequences.

Other sites you can suggest to your friend are cashcrate, cashlagoon, among others. Again, read everything, or you are guaranteed the same outcome.

Read, read, read. Moral of this story.
