Does this happen often with referrals?
« on: May 28, 2008, 10:54:23 am »
I sent a help ticket asking why I have refs I didn't get the $1 for. The answer was because they hadn't confirmed their email. That might be on some of them, but on one, I did get the offer completion bonus. How could they complete an offer if they never confirmed their email? I'm trying to decide which site to send the refs from my blog to, does this happen very often?

The one you got the offer compleion bounus is the one who confirmed his email and also completed at least 1 offer.

Yeah, I got that. I just thought it worked different I guess. I thought you got $1 when they signed up and $2 when they completed the first offer. So when I got the $2, I had to wonder why I didn't get the sign up $1. Thanks for answering marina48.

well Iam afraid I wasnt any help because now I,m confused when someone signs up under you and confirs their email and activates their acct you should get $1 then when they complete at least 1 offer you get 2 then when they finally cashout you should get $5
so you should have also have got the 1 dollar for that person who completed the offer that then would be a question for support I would put in a ticket.

Just to step in here for a sec....

Members can do offers without confirming their email and you will see the $2.00 credit for it, but once they go to cashout - it won't happen without them confirming their e-mail.  So you would only end up with the $2.00 for the offer completion if they never confirm.  :sad1:

Maybe that's what happened then. it's been so long ago since I signed up. I couldn't remember if you had to confirm to participate. Thanks.
