I use Surveyspot and they have sent me some stuff. It's not much, but I've tested shampoo, soup, paper towels, chocolates, etc. It's kind of fun.

BzzAgent is a great one, you don't have to pay shipping and handling charges
customer service is great
on the downside though, I think unless you're older, you don't get that many BzzCampaigns, I've only gotten the CoverGirl natureluxe foundation but then again i've only been with them for like a month haha
the only thing they require of you is to write reviews on different websites, tell people you are a Bzzagent like on facebook or something
and submit a bzzreport of all your reviews and stuff.

and I guess sample a day (google it) is a good one too
