Have a referral that isn't showing on account.

I have referral that signed on with me on Saturday. she said she has confirmed her email  address. She doesn't show as a referral and I don't have the credit for the email confirmation.
What information do you need to correct this?

If your referral was EVER a member of FC sometime in the past, she wouldn't qualify to be your referral.

Since there are over 2 million members in FC and only 25k+ are active, it is possible she signed up before, forgot about it or assumed she had been dropped for inactivity etal.

But only support will be able to confirm  what the problem is.  Keep after them by adding comments to your ticket.  Since they need to research the issue, it will take some time.

I'm having the same issues.... I'll contact support. Makes me wonder if there's a computer gliche?

Chances are that your friend is already signed up for the site or she needs to complete and offer to be considered active.  Hope this helps!
