Do Motorist waste GAS in motion or not in motion ?

 motorist waste more gas when they stop and go  their vehicles in rush hour traffic; then driving at a steady flow pace on highways. what do you think? feel free to voice opinions FC users.

I agree but if you try to leave some space people usually jump in front of you so end up having to stop anyway.  :dontknow:
