DO YOU PREFER DAY SHIFT OR 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT

Day shift by far.  I have been working 3rd shift and 1st shift for a year...sleeping for 2 hours between each shift.  When I was only working third shift my whole day was messed up because my sleep patterns couldn't recover.  I am just about down to one job but find that working 1st shift allows me to relate better to the large percentage of people who work 1st shift.

I like the 7am-3pm shift at my job much better than the 3pm-10pm shift.

My schedule changes every two weeks when the new schedule comes out.
I work every other weekend and end up with 10-12 hour shifts on my weekend on.
