Paid to click problem

I finish the paid to click, visit the toolbar, but don't get credit. What am I doing wrong?

Visiting the toolbar is only part A of step 3. There is a part b also. After you click on the "visit the Fusion Cash toolbar" link, another link pops up under the toolbar link that says "Click here to redeem your 15¢ and visit Toluna Opinions".  You must click on that also. A captcha will pop up and you have to fill in the letters for that. Then, you will get your .15.

Just kidding about what? Did you post this 'just to post' or to get an answer to a 'problem' you didn't have? If you did, I think that's wrong because kingreyam24 took the time to give you a great answer and help you out.
