if it never credited (8 days its been), i still cant do it again correct? I just missed out on the 5 dollars?

I'll try to give you the best advice I can. I personally didn't have a problem with fastweb except it took me 30 mins. You won't be able to try to get it with the e-mail address you used the first time, but sometimes if you sign up with a different e-mail address it will work. Just make sure you complete the whole thing. no shortcuts. It is time consuming but if you follow through you should get your credit.

I did it twice with different emails because the firwst one didn't work, but even then I didn't get credited. :/ Also, I think thru this site there's a scammer number trying to call me often now. These past few days a numebr keeps calling me. When I looked it up online, TONS of other people had this scammer number calling them .. They said it was linked to some college finding website .. And this was the only thing I signed up for involving colleges.
