Oh yeah, that is a tough thing. It would be easier if it was like the paid to click and some others where you can do it once in twenty four hours, because you don't always sign on at the same time each day. Good thought. Sometimes we all have to vent...

You will get the reward through FusionCash for joining first (assuming you followed the directions on what to do to complete the offer). Then, you will get money/points/sweepstakes entries/whatever system the panel uses for each time you complete a survey on their site after joining.  Those rewards for the surveys you complete after signing up will show up in your account for the panel you joined, not here in your FC account.

Example: You sign up for Opinion Outpost through FC.  If you followed the directions as stated to do the offer, $0.50 will show up in your FC account after you sign up.  After a couple days, you get an e-mail from OO about a survey waiting for you worth $1.00.  If you do the survey and successfully complete it, the $1.00 will show up in your Opinion Outpost account.

Most of the sites I have been on you either have to wait 24 hours, or new surveys are available at 12:01am.

It would be easier to reset at Midnight. I try 2 of the surveys one day and the rest the next and go back and forth. Then it has plenty of time to reset and I don't spend forever doing surveys.

About 5 days ago I was able to complete 2 of the 3 daily surveys, but everyday since, including just now, I haven't be accepted to take any of the surveys. And I keep attempting to be accepted and filling out the same info over and over again for nothing...it's getting extremely frustrating and is becoming a huge waste of time
