Not Credited for Puzzle Video

I watch the puzzle video today in its entirety and got the puzzle correct, and it did not credit me.  I try it four more times to see if I get the credit, and no credit.  I check my account and it show no credit.   Why didn't I get credit for it?

Same here.  Unfortunately, it just happens sometimes.

However, this most likely is an issue on Gambit's end, and not FusionCash, as Gambit provides the offers under the More Special Offers section.  In the past when this has happened, I tried again later and usually it works.  So, that would be my suggestion to try again in a while.  Maybe by then Gambit will be aware of the problem and get it fixed.

Having the same issue.  Tried it last night and a few times today so far; no good.  I'll post again if I get it to credit and no one else who was having problems has updated.

Hi all, I did the puzle and also was not credited. I did it for the first time on Monday night, but when I did it the next morning, I did recieve credit so, it must just be a glitch in the system, it happens. Try again!

I had this happen a couple of days ago.  However, it credited the next day.  It took overnight.   Keep checking your account.  It might be that videos will not credit instantly but will credit hours later.
