Right now you seem to be having the most trouble while waiting for you children to get on and off the bus. Do you have any other way to get your children to school?? Can you drive them??

You might could take a warrant for them. The charge would be inflamatory words, or intimidation and fear or something along those lines. You should speak to an attorney. Sometimes you can get FREE information from Legal Aide, or just by calling one on the phone. Perhaps the District Attorney could advise you. Perhaps the kids could be charged with bullying, OR maybe even the parents.

There is so much they are doing it is really ridiculous..First it started with glares and throwing objects at my car..Then rude comments on my facebook..Then they threatened to kill my family so the law was involved..Which you would think would end it but no..They purposely turn up music when I get my kids off bus..They have their kids call me names and say rude *bleep* while I wait for bus..And their kids mess with my kids..I have been called a *bleep* and worse from their children..Ugh K all I can say is the law talks but nothing more and I am really tired of the immature ignorant BS!!

Okay, so what did you do to start this war with your neighbor?  These things doesn't start just  out of nowhere.  Why do they call you and your kids names?  Why all the threats?  A lot is being left out of this story that you aren't telling on this forum.

Not a thing we were all friends and they got weird and distant..So really it did come out of nowhere..I even attempted to find out what was up to be told nothing what do you mean..then all the crap started and got worse tried finding out again got told I was white trash because I associate with other neighbors..I am not the only neighbor who these people mess with..They have issues with everyone and now I am in that group too..I really wish I did do something or my kids did so this would feel deserved!!

I just read through all this and was thinking the same thing. If there were "rude comments on your Facebook" page, you obviously 'Friended' one of them at some point, right, unless you let everyone post? Was it something between the kids that got all the 'adults' involved? I'm NOT trying to upset you, BW, but there is always 2 sides to every story - and then the truth. Avoid, ignore, and tell your kids to do the same.

Yes Jordan we were friends for a long while..Her kids,mine,her hubby and mine and us..So of course they were on my facebook..And no it was no kid or adult fight that I am or ever was aware of..I asked a few times when they got weird to be told no way all is good..Then it got worse and crazy so I asked what was up and was told I was white trash because I get along with all my neighbors and they have some issues with everyone on block and feel I should too..And Jordan you could never upset me I was vague only cause I am so in dark of what happened it is crazy too me now to think this is going on..We have been avoiding,ignoring everything and it continues..I have turned the other cheek and my kids have said and done nothing and I know this because I go to bus with them so I know..driving my kids in is not a option there schedules are too close to make it on time and I have no choice to go to bus stop because my youngest daughter would flip if mom was not there..So I have to continue to take the abuse with a smile and hope the immaturity ends or the come and talk like adults ..Which I highly doubt will happen...
