do you suffer with migranes

i do and i get them so bad i just want to scream or put my head threw a wall the lights sound smells everything seems to make it worst mine last usally 3-4 days depending on the migrane i have had them since my 30's i used to take preciptions for them but since i don't have insurance anymore i can afford to go to the doctors to get the medicine so if you know of a way to ease the migranes i would apprecitate you in put

I don't. But they say you can get migranes due to loss of sleep (which is my everyday case).

I do at times it just worse than the others. I start thinking it all depends on my mood~~~ :(

thanks for the input mine are caused from 4 car wrecks and a slip and fall my neck and back are so screwed up. but i figured this out no matter what i do they don't go away until there done making me sick

I feel for you, I get them too. Ice packs help me the most and of course laying in a dark room. Sometimes it doesn't matter what I do. I have went to the Emergency Room before and they gave me shots of Imitrex.

Rarely, but it could occur to me sometimes for no reason. I have Anxiety Disorder and is pain in the grain if I had to schoolwork or other activities that I don't like to do. But it lowers sown each year if I control myself on what things that I do to help calm myself down.  :notworthy:
