My favorite old TV show would be The Twilight Zone.  I have to disagree with the majority opinion here, I don't think television in the older days was any better than it is today.  The network shows these days suck, but the cable ones outshine all other eras, in my opinion.

Yes, most old shows I like, brings back some good memories and they are funny, even if they are bad in general.  Like Bonanza.  When I was a kid I didn't get much of the slap stick comedy, like in Lucy, Get Smart and all the others.  I really like the old cartoons, bugs bunny, superman.  Even my grandkids would rather watch those instead of the brain dead stuff they have now.

I hve a couple of personal favorites.  These include: The Munsters, Taxi, and the Andy Griffith Show.  They sure don't make 'em that these anymore.  I am also a big fan of Tuner Classic Movies (TCM).  I think Robert Osborne is fantastic in his descriptions.  Some of my favorite actors are (Cari Grant, Gary Cooper, Fred Austere, and Paul Newman.

I enjoy watching old TV shows.  It brings back a lot of memories how life was back in those days.

Hard to imagine that this show might be considered an old show.  But since I was watching it in College I imagine it qualifies is MASH.

:cat:  Manicamarketing, you are right!  I love the Munsters and have all their DVD's. That strange, nutty, and wonderful family made you feel that you wanted them as your neighbors.  They were hilarious! :)

Always was a fan of Get Smart.

It's a depressing thought knowing that shows that *I* grew up watching (Full House, etc) are now running on Nick at Nite (home for what used to be all of "those old shows").

Does anyone out there like those old tv shows like the Green Hornet, etc? We have a channel here in the Chicago area that plays all these old shows like Cannon, The Green Hornet, Streets of San Franciso, etc. I love them. What does anyone else think. :icon_rr:

I dont remember those shows. I do love old TV shows like I love Lucy, The Golden Girls, Bewitched, Andy Griffith, Sanford and Son and many more. I really miss the I Love Lucy show. That was one of my favorite old Tv Shows.

Love the green hornet, but I like the radio show even better. Another classic for me is M.A.S.H.
