How to Videos???

I can't get the videos to work   :BangHead: :BangHead:  Am I doing something wrong??  Every time I click on "next video"  the screen goes blank and then right back to "next video" before I can click on "play"  Any suggestions?  I used to enjoy the videos :crybaby2:
