One member per household, even IF she has her own number. Read the TOS. Friend needs own address and own computer to also use FC.

Because you live in the same house its the same IP address so by you signing up it canceled her account.  You need to fix by telling FC what happened and let her hopefully get her account back and you will probably lose yours.  But she had it first.  The only way is for you to have a separate phone line put in and its a different internet account with them so I am told so your IP address would be different but you need to ask phone company about this.  A friend claims this but I haven't checked it out to be sure.  You will need to see that if this will does work check with FC if its acceptable to have it like that if your able to do it with your own phone line put in that is in your name a whole separate account with your own internet accesss would work.

Only one member from a household can be a member. You can only refer someone that lives in a different address and uses his/her own computer. I hope that answers your question.
