I saw this early today and I can't stop laughing at it. The video is a little long but I think it's hysterical.

I've been on both ends of customer service, so that's why I found it such a riot. I HATE being transferred from person to person to person, but I've also worked for horrible call centers that have such bizarre policies there's almost no way that a customer service rep can really help the person on the other end.

I really have to give it to the guy on the phone... I would have lost my temper big time.
