Stuffed green peppers. First cut the top of the green pepper open just slitely than stuff it with a mixture of rice, groung been and dices tomatos mix them good first and only fill up the green pepper half way full because rice expandsand put some seasonings in the mixture such as seasoning salt, pepperand you can add fresh celentro to that than put the green peppers in a pot and fill up with a little water, tomato sauce and let the juice fill up only to cover the green peppers and let cook for an hour and enjoy very tasty.

Personally, I have never liked stuffed bell peppers, mainly because I just don't like the taste and texture of them. I would rather just have the stuffing part.

I LOVE stuffed peppers, they are awesome, never have tried the goulosh inside, but anything with cheese is usually good lol... I will say that I make some awesome homemade butternut squash pie... I actually just tried it for the first time this past Thanksgiving holiday, and it was awesome, and to those of you who think that just SOUNDS nasty.. If you like pumpkin pie, chances are you are going to LOVE butternut squash pie, and you can get butternut squash when then aren't selling pumpkins, topped with whip cream, yummy.. its off the chain for sure... You can find the reciepe by just typing in homemade butternut squash pie into any search engine, but make sure you use a reciepe that has brown sugar in it.. and I added a little pumpkin spice to my second pie, it made it that much better!

My mom used to make stuffed green peppers for us when we were little.  I didn't like them, but my brother loved them.

That sounds good.  I haven't made them in a long time.

Sounds good. if you use yellow, orange, or red peppers, its got a bit of a sweeter taste and is really good.
