Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

You have a certain amount of time to cash out then you lose the money I think. :BangHead:

It also could be due to referrals being later rejected, after staff audited the accounts, and you losing your bonuses for them.  Have you done any referring?  If so, check your account and see if this is why your balance maybe went down.  If not, like has already been mentioned, the other most likely scenario would be offers surpassing the 180 day mark, and therefore expiring.

there only crediting your offer for a given amount of time, so there taking away the credit that was given to you for these offers that you completed. You must read the offers before you do them to be sure what there going to credit you for.

Are you reading the instruction on each offer and following the directions?  If it is a download or install, you have to keep it for so many days / weeks / months.   You do not say which offers are getting rejected after being accepted.   It might be worthwhile to post the name of the offer and ask other members what their experience was.  You can post your question under Offers but also under Support.  And have you opened a ticket and asked staff what the problem is.    :dontknow:

I only had one offer get credited and then taken away.  It was worth $1.00 and once it went away I was ineligible to cash out and had to wait another month.  That's the only one (so far) that has happened that way.  Crossing fingers the next cash out will work out just fine.

Just keep doing more offers and make sure you cash out within 180 days.  Best of luck to you.
