So send in a support ticket with this proof and see what they can do for you.  You can also refresh your page and then it might credit.   :angel11:

I usually get credit for surveys, but occasionally the communications break down.

I make a point of leaving the congrads screen open and check my FC account page.  I usually have the account page open on another window and just refresh it until the credit is booked.

If it takes longer than 10 minutes, then I take a screen shot of the congrads windows, save that using PAINT as a tinypicture and send that along with my query to Support if I haven't received credit in the next couple of days.

You do have to wait 24 hours before you try another survey with that survey site.

I have not had a problem with getting credited for completing the surveys since I started leaving the window open. I leave it open and keep checking my account until I get credited and then I will close it.

sometimes it just takes a little while, so hopefully you'll get credit  :- if not, then you'll have to do what everyone else has suggested and send in a support ticket.
