Having trouble with my paid emails

Everytime I click the paid email, a box comes up for a question I have to answer, a captia sort of thing. The problem is that the box comes up blank. How cna this get fixed. I have been unable to comunnicate with fusion cash because after I create a work order it asks me to check the FAQ's one more time then hit the button at the bottom if I still want to submit a ticket. The only problem is the button doesn't show up on screen. This is preventing me from getting credit for my paid emails. Any suggestion on how to get this fixed?

It could be a browser problem.  Try reading your email in a different browser.

What browser are you using? Try deleting your cookies, and Try shutting down your computer and restarting it again.  I don't know if that will help but it might.

yeah it sounds like to me that you are just having browser problems.  i had similiar issues at one point, and i find myself having to switch back and forth between internet explorer and google chrome.  some days one works better than the other for me.

I agree that it may be a browser problem.  Try using a different browser but I also suggest logging out and back in.  Also, try rebooting your computer.  I am not a techie (I wish I was) but I think that trying some of the suggestions your received from other members will help.  I would love to know how it works out.  Welcome to FC.   :wave:
