I have a blog which is doing very well for me generating referrals and optin members. A blog is a great way to generate cash just don't spam. Not difficult at all to start. Get a free Google Blog....No HTML coding very easy to setup. You are able to add links easy. Add a "Join my mailing list" link for visitors to signup. Make sure to add your blog to your social networks. Google different ways to advertise cheap driving traffic every month to your blog. I have a optin mailing list of people who are interested in my monthly news letter.
