Kohler is a FC Staff member and is around the forum alot.

He posts the weekly promotions (check Contests and Promo section) and occasionally responds to questions on the Forum, but for the most part other members respond to Forrum questions.  This gives you a quicker response than if you sent in a support ticket, but if we don't know, we'll suggest you send in a support ticket.

There are other members to the FC support staff, but they don't have an active presense on the Forum.  These folks respond to the support tickets as quickly as they can, but with 25000 members, it can take time.  That's why the Forum is a good place to post your question first.

There is a button on the bottom toolbar that says support, and you can contact staff through there. You can also check out the FAQ section. I suggest posting on the support board, many members that have been around a while would probably be able to help you out.
