Being Credited

Why does it take so long for some surveys I have done to be credited to my account?
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

There are a lot of reasons for delay in crediting.  But the most likely reason is related to the transfer of crediting information from the survey company thru the various channels back to FC and ultimately to you.

When I do a survey to completion, I usually leave the congrads window open until I know that my account has been credited (use another window to check).  If it hasn't credited in 15 minutes, it probably won't be credited -- probably due to a breakdown in communications.

It also helps if you clear your cookies and temps before you start a survey (or any offer).  Not sure why that works, but it doesn't hurt to do it.

Also, remember that you can only complete one survey for a given survey site once every 24 hours.

  Regardless of the reason, it is very disheartening to put in the time to do the surveys and not get credited despite jumping through all the hoops.
I have experience on other sites and am credited immediately followed by an email notice from the site. I like FC alot and hope improvement for this problem will happen.
