Hi, me and my friends are Canadian.
My friend is about to sign up for FusionCash.
I told him its only PayPal cash outs (for Canadians only) and he agreed.
He then read the requirements for cashing out and his PayPal had to be verified.
When he looked at how to verify his PayPal, he realized you must add you bank account.
He was not sure about adding his bank account,so he wanted to confirm PayPal doesn't
scam money.So he browsed Google about "does PayPal scam?"
He read some stories of people getting banned, and having their accounts cleared out. (All the money gone in your bank etc.)
The PayPal requirement is to be 18, and he is 16. If he adds his bank account and they
find out his age, will he get his bank cleared out?
Please help so I could tell him. He also has the option of using his dad's PayPal, but it's
a low possibility of his dad agreeing. Any possible suggestions about what to do with his account (not his dad, that's a last resort)?

That's a sticky problem with traps at every turn. To be honest, my suggestion would be to wait a couple of years and follow all the rules everywhere.

i have been using paypal for a long time and have no problems they have protected my from strange attempt to purshase from my account but legallel age is important
