My support ticket dated Dec 1st is not yet replied to. Is there a mail id I can sent mail to ?
I think this is the longest time ever taken to resolve a problem.
The query is about one of my referral whose joining bonus was "denied" to me but cash out bonus approved !!!
FC has a good reputation of resolving queries in 24 hours and I am sure is a one time thing. So please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
