It the bible doesn't say anything about it, wouldn't that make it okay? 

Some things you have to use your power of reason on as not everything is recorded in the bible for example doing drugs and smoking cigarettes. Of course if you take that route expect to be ridiculed and accused of twisting the bible etc.

Interesting tidbit... they're saying that the more a man masturbates the more likely he is to impregnate a woman with healthy sperm.   

See now I heard the opposite.... I heard that the more a man does that the less likely he will get a girl pregnate because he will have less sperm.

They were saying the sperm will be healthier, not a greater number of sperm or the higher likelihood of a resulting pregnancy.

they can produce all the sperm they want but if its not healthy its not gonna make a baby
