Illegal Immigrants

If I could, I'd trade some of the hardworking illegal immigrants for the lazy good-for-nothing citizens we have in this country.  We can trade one hard working illegal immigrant for one criminal sucking up our money in prison; give 'em to these countries with harsh penalties.  May just straighten up the crime here AND help with the immigration problem.  It's not like giving them our wussy american baby criminals will affect the crime rates in the countries that most illegal immigrants come from.

All joking aside, I'd rather the murderer be deported to his country in question for them to deal with, rather than for us to keep him in our jails (and feed him, clothe him, give him his doctorates/access to all the recreation he could want).

I have to agree with you about how hard the illegal immigrants work to send money home to their families.  One example is harvesting tobacco crops in the hot, humid heat of the southern states.  I also agree that the murderer should be deported back to his native country period!

One way to reduce the USA to a 3rd world status is to flood the USA with illegals, and make them citizens. George Bush called for the legalization of aliens, and Barak Obama is playing on the same team. This is why you see basically noithing being done to punish illegals.

I'm not for killing anyone...Sorry...I think that is a mean thing to do. They should come up with a law so that illegal aliens here can get legal status and contribute to state and fed.

Two years ago an illegal alien (immigrant) shot and killed a United States citizen in my town. Now without going into detail of what happened to said illegal immigrant. What do you guys think should be done about this? Not just the killing of a US citizen but any and all illegal immigrants?

It's hard to come to a conclusion once you understand that Mexico is a *bleep*-pit country. There are some nice little areas, but it is a very poor(ly run) country. Put yourself in that situation and you'd probably understand why they are so bent on coming here. They are good workers.

I'd say remove the auto-citizen thing when you are born here unless your parents have already become citizens. If they are caught, make them work in the same fashion that prisons use their inmates around towns--cleaning up, planting trees, etc. and then send them back deep into mexico after a few months with no pay. Let them know if they come back w/o doing it properly, they will get life in some bad prison. We need to work with Mexico to stop this too. I don't know how that works though.

That guy who killed a citizen? Slice his arms and legs off and dump him off on the southern tip of mexico. These are just opinions though.

Illegal or not does not make a difference. Everyone should be punished for killing another human because it's just wrong, I consider it
a huge sin.
Everyone wants to come to america because this land had alot of good promises, but now it doesn't anymore............
It's hard enough for citizens to get jobs here or live comfortabely any more these days.
 I think this guy killed out of fear from being caught and anyone finding out that he's here illegaly but still doesn't make it right .
I personaly don't believe in any government punishing people by putting them to death, no lesson learned in that. Only suffering teaches a person.

Illegal or not he should suffer the consequences for murdering another person. He should go to prison, then be deported when and if he ever gets out.

I think the person should go to jail .
