My View Surveys

I have recently done a couple of the My View surveys, qualified and completed only to get to the end and they tell me that my ID has already completed these surveys, is anyone else having these issues?? I am tiored of wasting 20 minutes at a time and then it telling me something that I KNOW I DID NOT DO> Any other thoughts on this????
