Eat veggies all you can drink plenty of water and excersize when ever you can . Try being in the sun for few minutes a day so you can get vitamin E . If you live by the beach try taking a walk on it once a week this releases mental stresses and gets your blood flowing. reading books eases the mind,  think positive and praise urself everyday, set little goals and accomplish them.

I'm sure that most people do all these things, but some people dont. Some people need an extra push sometimes to live a healthier life so words of encouragement never hurt anyone. We all wish we have a mentor to keep us always motivated to accomplish healthier lives at times.

Very hard to live a healthy lifestyle but it is very beneficial in many aspects of your life

It helps a lot to hang out with other people who have a healthy lifestyle. You tend to become a lot like the people you spend the most of your time with.   ;)

I try to eat veggies, but they're not always around. Junk food is the quickest thing you can preparee, especially when running late to school in the morning. I try to exercise, but it gets boring somehow. I wish to keep up with the healthy lifestyle but I tend to backslide every now and then.
