I saw it. About the same as the first one. Maybe not quite as scary. Could have been better.

They did a pretty good job tying it in with the first one.

the commercials are enough for me- i watched children of the corn when my son (also blonde haired and blue eyed) was three. I didn't sleep for a week. I also let him get away with murder for that week for fear of pissing him off. lol seems silly but i was scared sh**less

I could NOT even get through the first one!   :crybaby2:
Had to cover my eyes with a blanket during the last 10 minutes!!!!  :angry7: :-[
But from the sound of the 2nd one....I might be able to only use a very thin blanket...LOL!!  ;D

Took girlfriend earlier this week, didn't scare me too much. She was scared out of her mind, but horror movies have never really done much for me anyway so whatever I'm not the best source for horror movie info.

It was actually pretty good. Scary, like the first one. They did a good job of tying it in to the first movie, as it is both the prequel and sequel to the first. I jumped out of my shoes watching it! Plus, there are little kids and a dog in the movie, which makes it that much scarier  :o

I think this one would scare me more since it has a kid in it. I have only seen the previews, but I might be a little more scared. Is the camera in this one as jumpy as the first one? I got sick in the first one. Like motion sickness from the camera moving around all over.

I was pleasantly surprised.  I was sure I would hate it and didn't see how they'd be able to make a convincing sequel.  But, they did a good job.  A lot of the tricks are the same as the first movie, but still effective.  Check it out, preferably if you can watch it alone.
