I AM DREADING TURNING 50 MY GIRLS SAY I AM NOT OLD BUT I FEEL LIKE I AM I NO ITS JUST A NUMBER BUT THE UP SIDE IS EVERYONE SAYS I LOOK YOUNGER THEN 50 SO I GUESS ITS NOT TO BAD LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT GETTING OLDER

      I agree: "Age is just a number". Age is a state of mind. Some people think turning 50 is the end of the world. They are wrong. Others think turning 50 is the start of a new era...I agree. You have leaned from your own mistakes and the mistakes that others have made. You will act differently because now you have more experience. Some have gone through male or female menopause and do not suffer from hormonal changes. Just make sure you take good  care of yourself: Sensible diet, exercise, plenty of sleep, take some vitamins and minerals and plan your day accordingly. You have many years ahead of you: "To live and enjoy".

Love my age, and would never want to live my 20's and 30's again.  My life is blessed and I'm content.  Age has nothing to do with anything.  Someone told me a long time ago to just "keep movin", and you never grow old.  There's a lot of truth to those words.

They like to "move it move it".
We like to.....MOVE IT!

Just keep the mindset your best years are "now" and ahead of you.  It's the truth!
