Question about Credit

I completed an offer which is credited.  It is listed as "Sept 12th, Give Us Your 2 Cents" on the offer click tracking page, listed as "credited."   But it is not on my "Offers Credited to Your Account" page, and it is not in my total. This has credited, so why isn't it in my total?

Please help; I am trying to get an answer to this.

Please only make one topic or post about this -- we are currently looking into this matter for you. You have made several threads about this subject and sent in a ticket on it. Only one post or one ticket is required. When we find out what the problem is we will let you know.
