Identity Edge not crediting

Is there a way the FusionCash staff can check if Identity Edge records me as having completed their offer? I signed up, got my login and my credit card was charged $1 but the offer has not shown as completed. I opened a support request which was quickly closed and given a canned response about how if FC doesn't get paid then I don't get paid... I know that. Thanks.

Just an FYI (from someone who is obsessed with credit) I noticed when I started completing this offer that they require you to allow them to do a hard credit inquiry on your Experian report through Credco. I stopped at that point because I'm very selective about letting anyone pull my credit and racking up too many hard inquiries. Just wanted to make sure my fellow FC'ers were aware that was in the fine print! If you don't have any inquiries and don't plan on applying for anything anytime soon then one inquiry isn't going to hurt you, and it's a great offer from FC.

I think the thing to do is send in a support ticket...then FC will check the status of your offer completion, I've never had to do one (knock on wood) but I've heard they respond very timely and you can find out what the deal is :) hope this helps!

it fc dont get paid we dont get nothing. Those credit offers usually credit pretty fast.
