no response from support team
« on: October 25, 2010, 01:54:52 pm »
Has any one completed surveys day after day and haven't gotten credited? I'm still waiting to get paid for 15 I've
successfully done but still no payment. Also does anyone know as to why support@fusioncash won't respond to my numerous contacts regarding  my questions? My emails are being received b/cause I get a reply saying so but this is as far as it goes and I'm just concerned if I will ever start getting paid and getting futre checks as before. I just got my 4th check earlier today and I have ALWAYS gotten it just when they say I will so this problem that I'm having now is so very surprising.I hope and pray somebody from fusion cash will see this posting and contact me and if others are  facing this same issue,I pray each of you will get an answer AND payment--SOON!!!!

FC support has always been VERY prompt with responses to any emails I send them. If you have done 15 surveys and have yet to be credited for any of them you may want to make sure it's not something on your end... As for the .20 offers, etc you can't complete the same offer more than once and if you have completed the offer on ANY "other" site then it's highly likely you won't get credit for it. Also, be careful to keep track of what offers you complete on "other" sites as well any surveys you do as most companies will not pay for the same info twice... Hope this helps!
