Why do PayPal payments take so long?

I just cashed out, and am having the payment sent to my PayPal account. It said it won't be there until
after April 20th - that is crazy! Why would it take 43 days to transfer my money? And, on top of that it
does not tell you the time it takes, until after you have completed cashing out.

If you read the TOS it states the payment schedule right there.

You should cancel your cashout and continue to make money and then cashout on the LAST day of month.

Okay, thanks! I went through it and it said payment is made on the 20th of the month. Well I was expecting March 20th not April 20th. So, I canceled it and will wait till the end of the month. Thanks everyone!
