Do you believe the motto "once a cheater, always a cheater"?

Actually no I dont believe in the motto. People do change in life some for the best and other stay the same. Just put your self in their shoes and the reason behind there action.

In general yes, but people mature with age.

To me that is a difficult question because. It could depend on what the situation is,who is involved,why,How did this happen and so much more. Also it depends on if that person  is willing to change,take accountability for their actions.
This is not a good place for no one to be in.

I have found it to be true with several people i know including my ex (that is y he is now my ex!)    But i do have 1 or 2 friends who have changed & no longer cheat.    Some people can change, others cannot & will not ever change.

SOME TIME I DO SOME people can change but most of the time they cant change.
