Is a cahout still says pending is it approved? Or does it always say pending until it gets here?

Yeah, my payout on the 20th is already spent! I ordered things from my daughters fund raiser at school. Their school had the most sales in the state and they get to have Green Bay Packer (former) Leroy Butler come to the school! I helped out at the pickup of fundraiser items and asked if mom's get to stop in too!! They said, sure so I think I will take a half a day of vacation and stop in.
