cash gifting legal or illegal?

do you guys think cash gifting could be a new business method for internet marketers?

i have been searching through this and i dont know if this type is legal? can you guys give me facts ? some say its not some say it is. and im confused

If I were you and I was even remotely thinking of getting involved in this, I would talk to an attorney about it. Now, I don't know if you're talking large amounts of $$$, but it would be TOO easy to get yourself caught up in a huge mess. This forum isn't a place I would trust to get a reliable/accurate answer from myself. That is nothing against the members here either.
