You only change for yourself.  If people can not accept you for who you are then you need to get rid of them.  You only change for you.

  Yelp! I agree..its a little too late for me to try to change now. I'm pretty set in my ways although some folks may not always agree with me but that's part of life, right?

Sometimes I wish I could be more like myself, but I know how mean and hateful people can be, so sometimes it is easier to go along than against.

That is actually the worst thing you can do. When I got married straight out of high school I was all about my husbands wants and needs. Our marriage wound up being pretty bad and in the process of me trying to please him and being what he wanted me to be I lost myself. I lost my innocence, love of life my love for my family and friends. Nothing mattered to me any more.

No matter what any one says or thinks just be your self. If they dont like that then they are not worth having around. People should love you for who you ARE not what they want you to be.
