I've seen payment banners! And for exsample one said 118 offers 87.45 and ur payments is like 76.43.. Why is ur payment lower???! Ps :It's kinda hard to explain but can somone help me out

different offers pay differently.  if you complete fewer offers that pay more money or more offers that pay less...

Payment amounts are what have actually been cashed out to the person. The offers is the total amount a person has earned from the offers. Since it takes awhile to get payment, once you cash out and continue completing offers, your total earned will usually be more than your payments received.

For example, I submitted for a cash out last month at $25.83
Between then and now I have completed $14.45 worth of offers. So my total earned is $40.28.

Am I making sense?

Is there a proficient method to earning cash?  I see some earnings $100+..  Is this per month?  What is the freqency and methodology to achieve this goal?  Referrals???

referrals are the best way to go if you can get them, unless you find higher paid offers that interest you. i personally am having a hard time getting referrals where others are getting them left and right. so it's about individual effort savvy!

I think sometimes if you have pending bonuses they do not count in the total amount recieved.

I think your asking why does it say that 377 offers worth $95.74 and the other is how much has been cashedout for them to receive the payments.  The reason its different number is b/c of the amount they continue to make keeps adding to the amount of offers completed after you cash out.  Once you cashout it goes back to zero balance but the amount made stays the same until you do more offers.  It keeps adding to the made one all the time b/c your doing more offers everyday.  Look at mine the top of my banner shows what I have actually received as my cashout.  At the bottom it shows how many offers I have done plus a running balance.  Hope this helps.

The reason being is they have cashed out and are working towards another one or like in my case I earned some, but they expired before I cashed out.

I have done some surveys and got nothing for taking them but a butt load of emails in my email account am I doing something wrong or is it suppose to do that??
