I have not tried sushi yet ...I know so many people who eat it all the time..I really would like to try some but i'm not into the raw stuff...any good ideas for a first timer??

I can't see my self eating raw seafood or any raw meat.  Kind of cannabalistic.  And too easy to get salmonella poisoning.
