what if my cashout stays pending, and dosent get approved on or before the 20th? is there some sort of "ticket" i can submit to a human who will review it and see me through?

Are you saying that you cashed out for February already??

If so, your cashout will remain in the pending status until FC approves or denies your cashout. Which is around or on March 20th: (Sometimes FC is really nice and pays us earlier) But never in the same month that you cashed out.

Prior months cashouts are for payments for the following month.

That's why it's best to cashout at the end of the month. This instance being February 29th for March payment. Which again, is on or around the 20th of March.

I do not think you have to wory about your payout being denied unless you did some thing wrong.  I have not read about any ones payout being denied.  So I would say the chances of your payout being denied are very slim.  When I was new here befor I got my first payout I wondered about the same thing and was sceptical.  However now that I really did get paid and got paid very early this month (Thank You FC), I became a beliver in FC.  If you requested a Cash out this early you can cancle that and wait till the 29th to request it.  This way you can make more and get a lager pay out.  Also while waiting for your payout to be approved you can still do more offers and still earn more money for your next payout.
