i created a paypal account (personal) but i have no bank account, so if i cashout do i need a bank account? does anyone know 4 sure.. and yes this is my first time.. (:

You should still be able to cash out but you may not be able to use your money until your paypal account is verfied.

I just started today..but I notice that it cash out on the 20th of the month..I wanted to know does it roll over if you do not hit at least $25 before the month end? 

Welcome!... You can cash out anytime you like.. as long as you reach out your cash out... or you can save up... but remember there is a limited of expire time limited of 180 days of time.  I think you read the rule while you joint.    Hope you like FC as I do and wish you the best.
